Jewelry Care

Congrats on your new jewelry! Here are some tips to preserve longevity of your item.

  • Though we love the beach and it makes for the perfect photo backdrop, I always take off my jewelry before getting in the water. Avoid submerging your jewelry in water such as, pools, hot tubs, showers, etc.
  • Avoid contact with lotions, oils, perfume, sweat, etc.
  • Please make sure that your jewelry is not stretched/pulled. It is suggested to remove your item before sleeping, showering, working out, anything that may cause stress to the integrity of your jewelry.  Please be mindful when wearing your piece, as your jewelry is delicate. :)
  • Store your jewelry in an air-tight spot, something such as a little baggie works perfectly.
  • Gently clean with a microfiber cloth or jewelry polishing cloth.
  • Some items are soldered, which may expose the base metal core of 14k Gold Fill, this is the nature of soldering with Gold-Filled metals and is completely normal.
  • While gold-fill is durable and can be waterproof, to preserve longevity for your item, avoid submerging your jewelry in water such as, pools, hot tubs, showers, etc.

Take note that the following items are unique in nature and no two will be exactly alike:

    • Handmade items
    • Pearls
    • Gemstones
